成都市老龄事业发展基金会英文全称：AgeingDevelopmentFoundationofChengdu，缩写为“AFC”，是具有独立法人地位的公益慈善社会团体。1986年，经成都市人民政府批准成立。1995年，经四川省民政厅批准，由成都市老年基金会更名为成都市老龄事业发展基金会。2011年，经四川省财政厅、省民政厅、省地税局、省国税局批准为全省第一批公益性捐赠税前扣除资格的基金会。业务主管单位为四川省老龄委办公室，代管单位为成都市老龄委办公室。
